Your fearless street fighters are now available in the classic Mega Drive version of Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers. Battle in elimination tournaments with Ryu’s new flaming fireball and Ken’s new Dragon Punch. Fight head-to-head locally and compete against other challengers in heated online battles.

Pick from 16 different fighters from around the globe, including the original 12 fighters and four new contenders: Cammy, a British special-forces agent who will drill her challengers through the sky; T. Hawk, an indigenous warrior from Mexico looking for his prey from up above; Fei-Long, an action star from Hong Kong ready to unleash his fierce Dragon Kick; and Dee Jay, a Jamaican kickboxer looking for his next musical inspiration.

As of May 20, 2014, the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service for Nintendo DSi and Wii systems has been retired. Online features of this game are no longer available after this date but this game still provides an entertaining experience in offline mode.
